Birds of a Feather

BY SUBMITTING A REQUEST FOR A BOUDOIR CLEANING SERVICE OR ADD-ONS FROM BIRDS OF A FEATHER CLEANING, YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS. WE WILL WORK UNDER THE ASSUMPTION THAT YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED OUR T.O.S.

GENERAL
I. We obtain the right to cancel a session for any reason and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation to our terms of service.
II. We reserve the rights to modify, alter and update our TOS at anytime. It is the “buyer’s/client’s” responsibility to be up to date on our TOS policies. Agreeing to our TOS policies and agreements means you understand and agree to any future update/change and accept all and any updates and change made to the TOS.
III. You are allowed to have a secondary friend or partner attend and be with you during your boudoir cleaning service. Understand that the secondary person you bring with you for your Boudoir cleaning service will also have to read, agree and sign our TOS agreements before the service begins. Your secondary friend/partner are ONLY allowed to watch and be present. You will be charged an additional fee for having your friend/partner present for the service, even if they are only there for part of the service.
IV. You and anyone involved in our Nurture session add-on is NOT allowed to be or act in any sexual or derogatory manner towards yourself, us(the maids) or anyone else. We have the right to cancel or stop a session at any time if we are made to feel uncomfortable to our own discretion.
V. We will be allowed to carry and use a non-lethal defense tool in the case of our own self defense against danger and violence. We do not foresee any violence happening towards us but you understand and agree that we can and will use whatever non-lethal object(s) in self defense if we are put in danger at any point.
VI. We will both have security devices on hand in case of any unforeseen emergencies that can contact local authorities and our security team. Again, we do not assume any emergency will take place, however this is for yours and our safety and comfort so we can focus on the cleaning and enjoyment!
VII. The name used for this booking must match the state issued ID presented during time of appointment. In the event the valid state issued ID does not match the name of the booking the appointment will be terminated and no refund will be given. When booking, please choose dates that allow at least 48 hours for your appointment to be completed. SAME DAY booking (dates that are less than 48 hours) have a Rush Fee of $150. Bookings are scheduled based off the availability of both the client and the maid. By booking a service with Birds of a Feather Cleaning, you acknowledge you are at least 18 years old.
VIII. Under no circumstances are you to initiate physical contact with your Boudoir Maid including and up to sexual contact. If any form of physical contact is initiated your appointment will be canceled, and you will not receive a refund. If any time during the appointment you are believed to be heavily intoxicated, extremely aggressive, or combative your appointment will be terminated.
IX. We ask, to make your experience as pleasant as possible, please have your state issued ID and cleaning supplies readily available for your Maid(s) upon arrival. You are responsible for providing your own cleaning supplies. Please confine loose and/ or aggressive pets. If you have pests (roaches, mice, ants, etc.) please do not book a cleaning service. You may book a cleaning service with Birds of a Feather after any pest infestations are resolved. If we, the maids, discover an infestation during our cleaning service, we will terminate the service immediately, inform you, the client and will allow a future booking with us after the infestation is resolved. No refund will be given, however, the deposit for the terminated service can go towards your future rescheduled appointment.
X. Immediately before your appointment you will receive a call from Birds of a Feather maid(s) confirming we(your maids) have arrived. This will also be the opportunity to ask any last minute questions you may have.
XI. Please mention and list any known allergies you may have or if you have pets we need to be mindful of, in the appropriate booking description boxes. Reminder, ALL pets need to be enclosed and put away during the entirety of the service.

PAYMENT PROCESS
I. For your protection and ours, a 50% deposit is required in order to schedule you for a day and time. The deposit is only made IF we approve your request you submitted via our website request form.
II. The remaining 50% payment is due, in cash upon arrival and before your service starts.
III. Payment of deposit is accepted only through invoicing that lists approved payment options:
a. Approved payment options: CashApp or PayPal
IV. Payment should be in USD, please convert before sending!
V. Tips are appreciated but not necessary!
VI. We accept pre-booking future services with you the same day we perform a cleaning service so you can be sure to have a consistent relaxed, clean and organized environment.

COMMUNICATION POLICY
I. We will do our best to be prompt with any and all communications regarding your Nurture session requests to ensure the process goes smoothly. We have several jobs and ongoing clients at once. Your patience and understanding is appreciated. We will communicate any prolonged pauses, interruptions or delays asap. (time frames may vary) All communications will be via email.

REFUND POLICY
I. Deposits are non-refundable no matter what.
II. All payments are FINAL. We understand life can happen, so, We can work with individual basis regarding any partial refunds that does NOT include the deposit. (i.e. family emergency, medical emergency, etc.) We’re maids, not a monsters. This, however, does NOT entitle you to any form of refund regardless of our offer to discuss the possibility of such. It is all circumstantial.
III. Refunds, not including deposits, may be given but not entitled to if we are unable to go through with or cancel your service. In some cases, you may use your non-refundable deposit to schedule a future session with us if we allow it.
IV. By paying the deposit and the remaining cash payment in person, you automatically accept that you are paying for a Boudoir cleaning service by us, the maids, Birds of a Feather. You also agree to forfeit any attempts of payment charge back, as you are confirming your access and/or ownership of the payment account related to the provided personal information needed for said payment process.
V. You are also confirming that you are the owner of this account and money, or have permission to use it fully.
VI. Any attempts of a payment charge back will be considered bad faith by the buyer and will result in automatic loss and forfeit of intellectual rights/services and payments maid to Birds of a Feather.
VII. If there is a situation were we approved a refund of any sort and you use our name in bad faith or slander after receiving an approved refund, not including deposits, you are fully aware of the possibility of legal actions.

CANCELLATION POLICY
I. You can cancel your appointment at any time although fees may apply. If your appointment is canceled in any time frame, you will not be receiving a refund for your deposit made. All deposits are final and non-refundable. In the situation where you need to reschedule your appointment, you may use your non-refundable deposit towards your rescheduled, future appointment within 30 days from the day you canceled the initial appointment.
II. Rush Fees apply to anything rescheduled within a 48 hour time frame. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time and do not want to reschedule within 30 days, you will be charged a Late Cancellation fee of $50.

PRIVACY POLICY
I. All things mentioned in any section or part of this TOS agreement.
II. All personal information shared with us, Birds of a Feather, will be kept confidential and between us and any other parties approved of by you, the client, and ourselves, the business.
III. In the event that the TOS agreement is broken or not followed, by you reading and agreeing to this TOS you give us full permission to use any of your personal information to take the appropriate actions and precautions to enforce legalities and protections for all parties in Birds of a Feather, you and all others involved.
IV. By agreeing to this TOS and submitting a deposit, you are agreeing to allow any member of Birds of a Feather into your residence or personal space to perform our cleaning services and Nurture services. You also agree you will NOT act out any sexual natures or desires with yourself or with us and or with anyone else in the space at the time of the session. You also agree to not act in a sexual or derogatory manner during the entire request process, approval and duration of sessions or thereafter.
V. You, as the client, ARE entitled to stop the service at any time for any reason. However, understand the deposit and full payment received before said service started, will not be refundable.
VI. Communication is key. All Do’s and Don’ts will be discussed thoroughly and approved by you and Birds of a Feather prior to scheduling the session. This will also be gone over again in person before the cleaning service begins to ensure everyone’s comfortable, relaxed and on the same page.

DAMAGES TO PREMISE POLICY
I. You release Birds of a Feather Cleaning from responsibility for damages that may occur. Because we will mostly be using cleaning supplies provided by you, we are not held responsible for damages that your cleaning supplies may cause.
II. We will not be held responsible for damages that our cleaning supplies may cause because in agreeing to our TOS, you understand that you must disclose any and all special requests for cleaning specifics and allergies before your appointment time.

By agreeing to this TOS agreement you are of the understanding and accept ALL terms and policies in place. Going against or breaking any of the aforementioned policies in this TOS or any other explicitly written format or update by any members and owners of Birds of a Feather, will force us to take appropriate legal actions as well as any protections for ourselves, others involved and our business in its entirety.
